Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a hands-on TechOps engineer to own and improve the company's internal systems, from identity management to office infrastructure, enabling a thousand-person organization to move fast.

You will manage Okta, device management (Iru/Kandji), automation, and SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and Slack, collaborating with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams; office three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting a large fleet of macOS devices.
• Experience with mobile device management for Apple devices such as Iru, Intune, or Workspace One.
• Experience with configuration as code, such as Terraform.
• Experience with Bash or Python scripting.
• Experience leveraging Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions you build.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Okta configuration, including lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation
• Manage endpoint configuration via Iru or Kandji, with a preference for policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations
• Build and maintain automation that reduces repetitive support burden
• Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling that improves team and company productivity
• Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for the systems the team owns
• Actively own and support company-wide SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
• Partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams on planned work that crosses into the team's systems or areas of expertise
• Work from the office 3 days per week
