Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance while growing the local client base. You’ll collaborate with specialists to deliver a full Intuit experience and nurture long-term customer relationships in your community.

Role emphasizes serving diverse tax needs, from simple W-2 filings to complex business scenarios, with a strong focus on local outreach and cross-selling Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years, 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Complete all required training and development; uniforms; use name/picture for advertising.
• Interested in building local and online presence; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engage with community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Serve in-person and via Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience.
