Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, prepare returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

You will grow your local client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and participate in community events with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 hours, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus for client outreach.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning experts as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and drive local growth.
