Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and use marketing tools to build relationships and trust with clients, aiming for year-round customer loyalty and

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations and tax planning discussions.
• Build local client base and grow TurboTax market share in the community.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
