Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice to individuals and small businesses, collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

As a trusted community ambassador, you’ll grow a local client base, deliver excellent service, and leverage Intuit tools to expand advisers’ reach while ensuring a seamless client experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
