Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services in our local TurboTax offices. You will guide clients through complex scenarios, collaborate with specialists, and deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to each financial picture.

You’ll be a community ambassador, building a local client base while leveraging marketing tools to grow relationships.

Qualifications

• Professional tax preparation experience with knowledge of tax laws.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
