Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).
• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office for 20+ hours/week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Willing to participate in required training and upskilling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services as appropriate.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual meetings.
