Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax preparation and expert guidance.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless client experience and grow local client relationships. Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, personalized planning, and community outreach to expand TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge and tax law familiarity.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; Circular 230 knowledge.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with company training.
• Onsite TurboTax office presence; 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Completion of training and development as required by the business; uniforms required.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax community presence; bilingual skills a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience beyond simple filing is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships through excellent service and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
