You’ll perform full‑service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem while building a local client base through community outreach. This role emphasizes hands‑on client meetings, ongoing training, and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s (30+ returns) using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and solve tax challenges.
