Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax prep and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor, grow the local client base, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will work in a fast-paced environment, serving in-person and virtual clients, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Certified tax professionals (EA/CPA/Attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 returns filed per season using professional software, with Circular 230 knowledge.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with Intuit-provided training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to corporate policies, including uniforms and advertising usage.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to complementary services.
• Build relationships with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear guidance.
