Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking ambitious professionals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax preparation, personalized tax guidance, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, acting as the hub between clients and a network of specialists. You will help grow the local TurboTax presence, engage with communities, and offer year-round services across personal and business tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid tax filing experience (Fed/States) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
