Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will act as a trusted advisor, serving local clients in-person and virtually while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You’ll build relationships, drive local growth, and provide year‑round support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at TurboTax office.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience with complex tax situations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Maintain high customer service standards and professional demeanor.
