Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service. You’ll act as a trusted local ambassador, grow your client base, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns) per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, M–F, min 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
