Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in on-site TurboTax locations. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios, while growing the local client base with community outreach efforts.

You will work closely with a team of specialists to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a full, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s with tax software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly.
• Open to upskilling into advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and review tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community outreach.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive client needs.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
