Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated professionals to join the TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round support. As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow your local client base, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists to deliver an end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver integrated solutions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via virtual means.
