Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will grow the local client base, lead community outreach, and ensure a best-in-class experience. The role emphasizes personalized service, collaboration with specialists, and a commitment to helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local client base for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
