Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance, serving both in-person and virtual clients while coordinating with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and participate in community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and development
• Willing to wear company uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning)
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions
