Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences.

You’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and use TurboTax marketing tools to help customers achieve financial prosperity while delivering exceptional service in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum (weekday hours).
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms as needed.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
