Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team and help customers with tax preparation, planning, and software support.

You will work closely with specialists to deliver end-to-end service, building trust and guiding clients through complex scenarios. You will act as a community ambassador, expand the local client base, and leverage Intuit tools to deliver personalized experiences.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide clients toward year-round financial services.
