Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and seamless service by coordinating with a team of specialists.

Role emphasizes building local client relationships, growing the TurboTax base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into more complex services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, part-time minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; personal branding via name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Disseminate tax planning recommendations and maximize refunds with clear explanations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a network of specialists for seamless end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in both-person and virtual settings.
