Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance for TurboTax clients, in-person and virtual, collaborating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

You will help grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and provide end-to-end support using Intuit tools and marketing resources to ensure a best-in-class experience for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience in-person and virtually.
