Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate onsite at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.

You will grow the local client base and build lasting relationships while leveraging marketing tools to drive community engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients to year‑round support.
