Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, including complex tax scenarios and business advisory opportunities.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage the community, and ensure a high-standard customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep (30+ 1040s) per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training; uniform-wearing and branding permissions may apply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Deliver excellent, professional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
