Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax advice and full preparation services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to address client needs and expand the local client base through community outreach and events.

The role emphasizes delivering a seamless end-to-end experience, growing relationships, and leveraging Intuit resources to support clients year-round.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
