Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience and strong tax knowledge are preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and drive referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Engage in local events and partnerships to build brand presence and customer loyalty.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
