Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform hands-on tax return preparation and provide expert advice while coordinating with specialists to deliver a seamless client experience. You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and participate in community events, with access to TurboTax marketing tools and company benefits.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location (8:00–17:00) Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to training and development; uniforms; advertising use of name and photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships; represent TurboTax in events and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build long-term relationships, delivering a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
