Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and tax advisory for TurboTax clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with local communities, grow the client base, and collaborate with a network of specialists to provide end-to-end tax solutions. role emphasizes on-site tax services, customer-centric delivery, and leveraging Intuit resources for ongoing support and referrals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys preferred with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns filed (30+ individual returns per season) using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with company training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Guide clients through Intuit ecosystem, linking tax needs to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and referrals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
