Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, grow the local client base, and connect customers with Intuit’s broader suite of services. Role emphasizes ongoing training, cross-functional collaboration, and community outreach to build lasting relationships.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours
• Willing to complete training and development; uniforms; advertising use of name/photo
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations
• Grow TurboTax client base locally via outreach, events, partnerships, and referrals
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma programs
• Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and a positive financial outcome for clients
