Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a convenient on-site TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and act as a local ambassador to grow TurboTax's client base in the community, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Ideal candidates have EA/CPA/attorney credentials, PTIN, and at least 3 years of 1040 tax prep experience with professional software.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years preparing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upsell services with training.
• Onsite availability 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
