Intuit is seeking engaged year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and connecting clients to Intuit’s broader financial services.

Ideal candidates have EA/CPA credentials, 3+ years of tax return experience, and PTIN; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to company policies, including uniforms and branding.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, building a client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit tools to ensure a complete financial picture.
