Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site, deliver personalized tax solutions, and collaborate with specialists to address clients’ complete financial needs.

You will also act as a local ambassador, driving new client growth, and offering access to Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
Serve as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
Ensure exceptional customer experience and guidance for tax planning.
