Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns on-site and advise clients face-to-face within new local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of specialists, deliver personalized tax planning, and help grow a local client base while aligning with Intuit’s mission to power prosperity for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base by actively pursuing outreach, events, and referrals to build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experiences, combining tax expertise with personalized financial guidance.
