Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios and expand the client base through community engagement.

Your role emphasizes understanding each client’s financial picture, cross-selling Intuit solutions, and delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Engage in discovery and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Support local growth through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional service in-person and via Intuit tools.
