Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. The role focuses on in-person tax preparation, advising clients, and growing the local customer base with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualified candidates will have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney) and at least 3 years of paid tax return experience, plus strong customer service and community engagement skills. Remote work is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Must reside within the United States and be willing to work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Experience preparing a wide range of federal and state returns with tax planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice.
• Assist on-site customers at TurboTax Retail locations.
• Lead community outreach and referrals to grow client base.
• Maintain compliance with tax laws and Intuit policies.
