Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering a superior customer experience.

The role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours per week, and is non-exempt. Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and familiarity with Circular 230 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/location, Sundays-Saturdays, ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in local markets.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future tax strategies with clients.
