Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax expertise and full‑service tax preparation at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team of financial experts, serving both in‑person and virtual clients to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand, such as tax season
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency‑based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development. Training requirements are subject to change based on business needs and the company reserves the right to introduce additional requirements at any time
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms. Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, grass‑roots marketing, referrals and events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships - Develop long‑term trust and repeat business with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Ensure professional service and help clients achieve financial goals.
