Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at dedicated TurboTax locations. You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering accurate tax solutions and guiding customers through complex scenarios.

This role emphasizes building local relationships, growing the client base, and coordinating with a team of tax professionals across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney designation preferred.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid tax prep experience, 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Uphold training, compliance, and uniform requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via virtual tools.
