Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, accurate tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to serve both in-person and virtual clients.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, typically 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
