Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow a local client base at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, serving in‑person and virtual customers, and coordinating with specialists for comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development; uniforms and advertising use may be required.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and referrals with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
