Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a professional driver to transport company products to customer locations within a defined geographic area. This role emphasizes safety and on-time delivery, with occasional overnight trips for regional routes.

You will hold a valid Class A CDL, maintain an excellent driving record, and demonstrate experience with electronic on-board recordkeeping systems. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000+ yearly, with benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Regional routes may require overnight trips; local routes keep you home nightly.

PAY RANGE: $60,000 to $70,000+average per year

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
• Deliver and pick-up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.
• Operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• For some regional driver positions, overnight trips may be required several times throughout the work week or during the month. Drivers on local routes will be home every night.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record.
• 12+ months of driving experience (defined as interstate operation of a Class A combination vehicle/tractor trailer), preferably within the previous three years.
• Experience with electronic, on-board recordkeeping systems.
• Experience working in customer facing roles.
• Ability to lift 60lbs regularly
• Must be 22 years of age or older

Compensation could be based on hours worked or on miles driven.
