Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is seeking a licensed Class A CDL driver to join our distribution team serving a regional area. You will transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area, and you may handle raw materials pickups as needed, while complying with safety regulations.

Some regional routes require overnight trips several times per week; local drivers are home every night.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record.
• 12+ months of driving experience (interstate Class A).
• Experience with electronic, on-board recordkeeping systems.
• Experience working in customer facing roles.
• Ability to lift 60lbs regularly.
• Must be 22 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
• Deliver and pick-up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.
• Operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• For some regional driver positions, overnight trips may be required several times throughout the work week or during the month. Drivers on local routes will be home every night.

PAY RANGE: $60,000 to $80,000+average per year with $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL.

• Safe driving record.

• 12+ months of driving experience (defined as interstate operation of a Class A combination vehicle/tractor trailer), preferably within the previous three years.

• Experience with electronic, on-board recordkeeping systems.

• Experience working in customer facing roles.

• Ability to lift 60lbs regularly

• Must be 22 years of age or older

Compensation could be based on hours worked or on miles driven.
