Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Phoenix is hiring an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to transport and off-load company products across the Southwestern states. The role emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities include driving, off-loading, and handling backhaul loads when applicable, with layovers 2-3 times per week and most weekends off. Competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL Truck Driver required.
• Prior truck driving experience preferred.
• Compliance with FMCSA safety regs and company policies.

• Adhere to safety policies and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

Pay Range

• Truck Drivers are compensated through component pay for mileage, stops and drops. Average annual compensation for Truck Drivers is approximately$75k - $80k+.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for new Truck Drivers (continuous employment required).

We currently have an opening for an experienced Truck Driver at our Phoenix location.

The Class A CDL Truck Driver is responsible for transportation and physical off-loading of company products at delivery locations within the Southwestern states.

Additional responsibilities may include delivery/pick-up of raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable. Tempur Sealy promotes a Safety Culture with a big focus on our commitment to the motoring public. Drivers are expected to operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations at all times. Layovers will be required 2-3 times throughout the work week with most weekends off.
