Job summary

Tempur Sealy is hiring a CDL A Truck Driver for a Sleeper Unit at the Medina, OH plant. You will transport and deliver products to customer locations within a defined geographic area and handle related pickups.

Expect regional trips with some overnights; local routes have you home every night. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, a safe driving record, 12+ months interstate driving experience, and familiarity with electronic onboarding systems.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record.
• 12+ months of interstate driving experience.
• Experience with electronic onboarding/recordkeeping systems.
• Experience working in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver Tempur Sealy products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
• Deliver and pick up raw materials and backhaul loads when applicable.
• Operate safely and in compliance with Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• For some regional routes, overnight trips may be required during the week; local routes are home every night.

Medina, OH Plant is seeking a CDL Truck Driver for a Sleeper Unit

What You’ll Do:

• Transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
• Deliver and pick-up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.
• Operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• For some regional driver positions, overnight trips may be required several times throughout the work week during the month. Drivers on local routes will be home every night.

What You’ll Need:

• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record
• 12+ months of driving experience (defined as Interstate operation of a Class A combination vehicle/tractor), preferably within the previous three years.
• Experience with electronic, on-boarding recordkeeping systems
• Experience working in customer facing roles\`

Pay Range : $70,000 to $75,000 Avg per year with $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
