Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Brenham, TX is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a defined geographic area. You will operate a Class A vehicle in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

The role offers competitive pay, bonus plans, medical and retirement benefits, PTO, and employee discounts. Local routes mean home nightly, with occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record.
• 12+ months of driving experience (Interstate operation of a Class A combination vehicle/tractor trailer).
• Experience with electronic, on-boarding recordkeeping systems.
• Experience working in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
• Deliver and pick-up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.
• Operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• For some regional driver positions, overnight trips may be required several times throughout the work week; local routes keep you home nightly.
