Job summary

Wind River Environmental is seeking a Local Commercial Sales Representative to lead growth across Union County and Central New Jersey, with coverage extending to Mercer and Monmouth counties. This field-based role reports to the Vernon branch and offers a base salary plus commission and a car allowance.

You will build customer relationships with restaurants, offices, healthcare facilities, and more, while driving negotiation and new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• CRM experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Prospect aggressively to generate new business and manage a pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities.
• Build Relationships: Engage with a diverse customer base across multiple sectors.
• Negotiate contracts and create proposals to expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and support growth.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas while learning our grease trap cleaning and plumbing services.
