Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will build local trust, own your market through outreach and partnerships, and guide clients to Intuit solutions for year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years handling 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local customer base via outreach and partnerships.
• Organize local events to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to broader Intuit solutions.
