Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join year-round teams at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax preparation, engage with the local community, and act as the local face for TurboTax services.

You will help clients optimize refunds, plan for future taxes, and grow a local client base through outreach and partnerships. This role emphasizes on-site collaboration, customer service excellence, and leveraging Intuit resources to

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning guidance.
• Act as a community ambassador, grow local client base, and lead grassroots outreach and events.
• Promote the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to complementary services and resources.
