Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as year-round Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, build a local client base, and connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem while delivering an exceptional customer experience in person at a TurboTax office. This role emphasizes community engagement and professional growth within Intuit's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete TurboTax client preparation services for varied tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building local customer base and partnerships.
• Develop understanding of Intuit solutions and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
