Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual customers who use Intuit TurboTax products.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, building a new client base and driving growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
