Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and engage with the community through events and outreach, using TurboTax tools to

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willingness to train and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients through tax-related challenges.
